TERMS OF SERVICE:
1. Generalities
The benefits and promotions offered by VRIGHT Specialized Dentistry are subject to the following conditions. By using any of these promotions, the patient agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Conditions for Applying Discounts
2.1. Followers on Social Media (Facebook and Instagram) To access exclusive discounts, the patient must:
- Follow VRIGHT's official Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Present proof of current follow-up at the time of the appointment (screenshot or in-person verification).
- Please note that benefits are subject to availability.
2.2. Subscribers on VRIGHT.CO To access the benefits:
- The patient must be registered with a valid email address on the VRIGHT.CO platform.
- The subscription must be active at the time of requesting the benefit.
3. Virtual Assessment
- Maximum duration: 30 minutes.
- Cost: 15 euros or 17 USD (may vary depending on the exchange rate).
- If the patient decides to continue treatment at VRIGHT, the cost of the virtual consultation will be refunded upon completion of the procedure.
- Refunds apply only if the treatment is fully performed at our facilities.
4. General Conditions
- Promotions cannot be combined with each other or with other current discounts.
- All discounts are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Discounts apply only to the indicated treatments and do not include additional services not specified.
- VRIGHT reserves the right to suspend or modify promotions without prior notice.
- The patient must meet the above requirements for the benefits to be applicable.
5. Tourism and Recommendations:
- VRIGHT does not sell or reserve tour packages.
- Hotel, restaurant, and tourist site recommendations are for informational purposes only and are not for commercial purposes.
- VRIGHT is not responsible for the quality, safety or experience of the recommended tourist services.
VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT
During the Virtual Assessment , you'll meet in person with the specialist and dental professional who will be handling your case. You'll be reviewed for diagnostic aids (if available).
Analysis of expectations, assessment, and advice on the dental procedure you need (cosmetic dentistry, oral rehabilitation, etc.) to determine the number of appointments and estimated procedure times.
We will provide you with advice on planning your trip: recommendations for local hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions to make your trip more enjoyable. We will tell you about Colombia, Manizales, and the area where the dental office is located. We want you to have peace of mind and security throughout the entire process.
If necessary, medication will be prescribed based on the medications available in your country. A quote will be provided for your treatment needs. We will also answer any questions you may have during and after the virtual assessment.
If, after the Virtual Assessment, you wish to continue the process at VRIGHT, we will refund the consultation fee at the end of the treatment. The virtual assessment will last a maximum of 40 minutes and costs 15 euros or 16 USD.
